[Solved] Invalid Login To Cpanel

Hi Team,

 

I am unable to login with my username: homeapp on johnny server to Cpanel.

 

My account was last used on 27-04-2015 and becomes inactive.

 

As of now i have renewed and the status on webhomecontrol.heliohost.org is showing active but not able to login to Cpanel.

 

Please help as i have checked with my last known password and in case if it is incorrect please send me a link to reset it as am also not able to reset with the confirmation code provided on my email ID: amitkumarseth09@gmail.com
