Sql Database Restore

I've recently become aware of the invisible SQL database issues (referenced in this news post http://www.helionet....8-stevie-mysql/) and am hoping to have my affected databases restored, below are my username and databases:

 

username: battyany

databases: battyany_login, battyany_users, battyany_wrd01, battyany_wrd02, battyany_php01
