Dns Entry Already Exists (Please Delete) Account : Sagafx

I am trying to come back to heliohost. I've tried setting up a new account with the un/pw combo that should have been deleted when I removed my old account. The system never created the un/pw set and gave me a DNS error (see below).I receive email :

A DNS entry for “

” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.
