Creating a PostgreSQL database

I can't create a PostgreSQL database. I enter my cPanel, hit the PostgreSQL icon, then enter the "Postgres Account Maintenance" page. There I type a name in the "db:" box and hit "Add Db", but every time I reload the Maintenance page there isn't any new database. Same for a database user, I try to create one but nothing happens.

I just tried the MySQL page and there I can create databases and users w/o problems. Can you please check the PostgreSQL maintenance page? Thanks.
