[Solved] Dns Update

I recently created an account on Johnny. I started out registering thinking I was going to use a .tk account. After the account was created I decided that I wanted to go with a .heliohost.org Main Domain. I requested the Domain change, but I can not navigate to my site or ping my site at adarddo.heliohost.org. Is there an easy way for my to fix this. My user name is jonesth3 if you need it.
