AJKING Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 If i want to buy a phone i look into it for quite a long time and thinking about it, will it have a bug, will it be scratched, is it stolen?? you never know
awesomegamer Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 You not buying from an official source would be the only way to get a stolen/scratched one : / As for bugs... phones usually aren't that complex but the iphone may be.
Asgard Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 The iPhone is being sold here in Europe yet, so I can't say much about it, but from what I have heard it's a cool phone with many functions. I know Apple has quite a good reputation as [people say] their products are reliable. I don't know though. Carrier locking it to one provider seems weird to me: I don't think as it is now the iPhone can be sold in Europe, with all the European Union departments complaining about that not being fair. I wouldn't buy it. For me it's way too expensive, especially considering the fact that I hate phones. And there are practically no shops here which sell Apple products.
Elivmar Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 It looks amazing and is probably worth the $600 that it costs. I have a friend who has it and loves it. However there is one MAJOR reason I wont get it. $60 a month to use! My friend parents pay the phone part of $40 a month and he has to pay the $20 of internet. Not worth $60 when I can just come home for the internet. My Razr has free music, camera, video camera, and a phone. Maybe when the Iphone price goes down I'll consider it.
resin Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 I am looking forward to getting one...from what I've read the hackers have been all over it so hopefully it won't take long before it is possible to unlock it to use different networks other than AT&T.
Quantum Media LLC Posted July 5, 2007 Posted July 5, 2007 Anyone to buy an iphone with it being locked to cingular are jackasses. Why in the hell would a manufacturer of a cell phone do something like that. It just limits their ability to make money if you ask me.
Geou Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 It doesn't really seem all that worth it to me. Would prefer the originals (cell phone, ipod) separately to it.
Demi:Pulse Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 Yeah, this definitely isn't gonna be worth it. It's a pretty interface, but that's about it.
Alessandro D. Posted July 12, 2007 Posted July 12, 2007 I never think that the iphone is so better than a Nokia N95 or N93. Perhaps if I want to buy a phone with all the feature of the iphone, I'll buy a palmtop. Although the design is very beautiful.
nightwing14 Posted July 22, 2007 Posted July 22, 2007 ...aren't macs known to be far more stable than windows? A lot more.... But I read that when the iPhone first came out....it didn't have the "phone" portion in it. =D It was very funny. Lol....it had so many other features that it just didn't have any room for the phone...so they had a recall and had to postpone the release date.
naynesh Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 I think it will be good because it has a good touch screen. But i would go with the ipod touch whic is not a phone but you can get more gig on it..
anton Posted November 30, 2007 Posted November 30, 2007 I read the other day about googles software for phones in the future, it looks pretty dang nice search google for andriod vs iphone, which is the article I read. they predict the google phone (whatever you want to call it, since they arent really making phones, just the software) will cost around 200 bucks
