You don't "run for speaker." You run for Legislator. If you get the most votes out of all the candidates, you get to be the Speaker.

Yup, they are. They can do pretty much anything thats not limited in the Rules.

well there are clearly over 100 members, but they each need 25 posts? that equals 2500 posts. (if you ment average posts per member) then we are passed that!
