Invisible Databases And Unable To Connect To Phpmyadmin; I Didn't Save A Backup

Dear Moderators/Admins of Heliohost,

Ever since the recent upgrade of cpanel/mysql, I've been unable to access any of my databases or open phpMyAdmin.

I've read the news post that suggested deleting the database and recreating them from backups, but unfortunately I didn't make any.

The news post suggested that I create a thread here so here I am.

cPanel username: nutcase

Main domain: chesnutcase.heliohost.org

Affected databases: nutcase_general, nutcase_vca (All are MyISAM databases)

Affected users: nutcase_general, nutcase_vca

I understand that you guys might be having a tough time dealing with the large number of users having this problem. I have hundreds of records in these databases with no backups at all (sorry for this) and they are fairly important to me.

I apologise for creating extra work for you guys, and sincerely thank you for your time.

Yours sincerely,

chesnutcase

All the other posts here (including the one you linked) suggested to delete your databases and recreate them from a backup. I already mentioned I did not save a backup.

I would like an admin's help on this. The news post said (or implied) this can only be fixed by the admins.

Changing passwords as some other users suggested did not work. The databases show up as zero size under manage sql databases in cpanel.
