Hello, All the domains I use are .tk, I don't know if my problem is the domain or if it is heliohost.

 

I get errors like this:

 

 

Sometimes when it works using http only, doesn't work www. When www works, http doesn't work. But it is not a rule.

I have asked a friend from other country to go in my website and this person also gets errors sometimes.

It happens to all my .tk domains (I don't use the .com.br one).

I am sorry for the amount of images, it happens since at least a month ago, I don't know what to do.

Main domain: selmomoraesecristiani.com.br

 

PS: I don't know if it happens on my .com.br domain, I don't really use it.

I am using "Nosso site está em construção!" on your main domain and the last picture on http://leobuares.tk/exp

 

Try to clear your cache.

If that doesn't help, try flusing your DNS cache by running the command "ipconfig /flushdns" from an command prompt.

Thanks for the answer, but it is not what I wanted.

I think I didn't explain well, but it happens in random times. I can access my website 80% of the time, but these 20% it does not work.

Like I said, people from different countries tried to access my website and they still experience this as well.

 

I just did clean my cache and ran the command above in cmd, but I don't think it will help since in other computers/networks the same thing happen.

Any idea, please?

 

 

I tried right now and www. domain works, but the http one does not.

When I made this thread, both were working, it is totally random. Please don't tell me it's my computer/internet because it is not..

It is not a script. I'm not doing anything. I tried right now and I got DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

30mins ago it was working fine. I guess I'll never find out how to fix, but I imagine it is something with .tk domains, thanks.

I myself use .tk domain but I don't have this problem.. did you change anything in Advanced DNS Zone Editor in Cpanel? there should be 9 records as default

 

and I tried your domain with or with www. its working and do you have any file with the name of .htacess?

I did reset everything in advanced dnz zode editor (I never touched this before) and the issue still happen.

I don't use .htacess anymore.

It's still not fixed, I really like heliohost.

Maybe if I make new account and delete this one it would be fixed?

the DNS-problems are clientside. They won't be fixed with creating a new account.
