[Solved] Homepage Redirects To "account Queued," But Other Pages From Same Domain Load

I performed a manual install of wordpress, and after hours of waiting, accessing the main domain from desktop redirects to the Account Queued page, but accessing this sample post, which is under the main domain, would load it.

 

CPanel username: bdfguide

Main Domain: blakedaganiel.tk

Server: Stevie
