All Files Have A 404 Not Found Error

Thank you for the help in my last post, however now any php file I try uploading when I go and try to execute it I get a 404 not found error then my site is down for a few minutes.

 

Here is one example of a php file I would like to run: http://strakk.heliohost.org/Rblx_Services/Promotion_Bot/changeRank.php

 

I checked everything and it seems to be the right directory, but when I try to use the file it does not exist.

 

I looked through the forums and I cannot seem to find a solution.

With that link I get a "Bad Request - Invalid Content Length" (400)

That's a coding error on your part. At the time of this post, this test page executes php just fine:

 

http://strakk.heliohost.org/test.php

 

I've had to kill php processes twice on your site.
