Microsoft Outlook 2008 And Cpanel Email Setup

Hi Members,

 

I've tried repeatedly to setup Outlook 2007 to pull my Heliohost email from the Heliohost server but to no avail. I've followed the instructions in cPanel under Mail ---&--#62; Webmail ---&--#62; Configure Mail Client but nothing worked. I successfully logged onto incoming mail server (pop3) (stevie.heliohost.org) but failed at "Send test email message". The "Test Account Settings" dialog box in Outlook 2007 said:

 

Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).

 

Is it a port issue? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

 

I also "UN-checked" the option titled, "Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)" in the Outlook 2007 Internet E-mail settings. When I "check" the box for this feature, Outlook fails to connect to incoming mail server (pop3). When I leave it UN-checked, Outlook 2007 will connect but can't send email.
