No Permission To Read Zone In Dns

Hi

i have a problem in DNS management of addon domain *************

 

When i try to manage DNS I receive the following error:

"You do not have permission to read the zone for ********.**"

 

If i try to reset the entries in my zone file to a default value, I receive the same error.

 

Username: *********

server: *****

website ********

addon domain: ******

Go to your cpanel and delete the addon domain and any sub domains associated with it. Then create the addon domain again and see if that resolves the issue.

Problem solved: I delete and recreate my account. After that, works.
