Account Password Reset

Hello!

I forgot my cPanel password. I've tried to reset it, but when I enter the Confirmation code nothing happens.

I've tried clearing my browser's history and I've tried different browser too, but with the same results.

Could anyone here help me with that. Pretty please!

Your account is listed as inactive in our database. Try reactivating it at http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew and then reset your password. If you still have no luck, let me know and I can manually reset it.
