Cannot Run Ruby On Rails Application Server

Cannot Run Ruby on Rails Application Server I am having problems running a Rails server from a newly created application called "TestApplication". After looking within the log files directory of the application for any helpful information as to why that the server will not run, I found a mongrel.log file has been created containing the following messages:

Is there someone here who would be able to help me fix this problem?
