I am trying to come back to heliohost. I've tried setting up a new account with the un/pw combo that should have been deleted when I removed my old account. The system never created the un/pw set and gave me a DNS error (see below). Then I tried to set up the account with a new un/pw combo. That pair showed up in the system for a moment, then I got the email below stating there was a DNS error with my domain:

 

Dear rvndmr,

Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

 

Sorry, a DNS entry for
already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster).

 

Please visit
and try to signup again.
