My account has been suspended due to inactivity but following the email link does not allow me to reactivate as the user and/or password are not recognised. Attempting to reset password ends up in a loop as the entering the confirmation code only reloads the same prompt for confirmation code.

 

Can you help please?

I tried that and got a screen saying 'We're sorry but we either could not find that account in the database, or it is not listed as inactive. Please contact an administrator if you feel this message is in error.'
