tycarreg Posted January 26, 2015 Share Posted January 26, 2015 My account has been suspended due to inactivity but following the email link does not allow me to reactivate as the user and/or password are not recognised. Attempting to reset password ends up in a loop as the entering the confirmation code only reloads the same prompt for confirmation code. Can you help please?
