Ip Deny Request For Several Hosts

I have observed that there many bots trying brute force and comment flooding in my site those bots are hosted with OVH,Colocrossing,QuadraNet,Micfo LLC.

Every time I block those IPs through cloudflare they get new IP and try to brute force once again.

So, my question is that would you be able to block all the IP ranges of above mentioned host? Because those brute force attempt also consume server usage so if you can block them not only my website I believe all website hosted in heliohost would run much smoother than it dose currently.
