Can't Access Cpanel Or Ftp

ftp won't connect and when I log in to cpanel I get, " This webpage is not available". ftp message is "Connection attempt failed with "EAI_AGAIN - Temporary failure in name resolution"". Unable to connect since Tue night.

 

cpanel username - bigfeet

host - cnyracehub.heliohost.org

server - stevie
