qsgt Posted October 7, 2014 Share Posted October 7, 2014 Hi, My cPanel username: qsgtServer:stevieMain domain:sg2014.heliohost.org I am trying to log into my cPanel but I keep getting a message saying "the login is invalid" it is the same username and password combination that I have been using since a started using heliohost so I don't know what's going on. I tried resetting my password but when I click on the link in the email I get sent it just brings me to a page where I have to enter the reset code manually. I have done this by copying it from the email multiple times but every time when I click the submit button I am taken to the same manual code entry page without so much as an error message.
