I need to log in to my account. I am having problems with password reset.

This appears when I access confirmation page:

 

Please make sure that you are accessing the full, correct URL from the email and that you are using the same browser session in which you started the password reset.

 

I tried using another browser, erasing cookies, cache... nothing works. Please, help... I need to access my account!!!!!!!!
