I found that my account has been suspended, and I cannot renew it.

 

 

Just in case this is the problem:

I set up a cronjob last night. Since it was my first one on this server, I set it to run every minute just to see if I had typed the right paths. *Immediately* afterwards, I changed it to run every 12 hours as per the rules.
