Heliohost 500 Internal Server Error On Johnny

hi,

 

half the time i try to access my site (http://adoption.heliohost.org/index.php) i've thhis error:

 

Internal Server Error

 

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. i've verified file permissions and therer all 775

 

i don't know where it came from...

is it due to high server load ?
