I've tried renewing, but it says invalid account.

 

My username 'rohans' is registered with my email Id: rohanshetty26@gmail.com. But Heliohost says its an invalid login. When I request a password reset, it sends the confirmation code to my mail id and when I enter that code onto the confirmation code page, nothing happens and the page just repeats asking for the confirmation code again.

 

I had to create a new account to be able to post on the forum.

 

My account must have been suspended a couple of months ago, but I manage to access my page once then. Now I can't access my cpanel just to FTP my files out of here. Please help.

I'm seeing your account as active and the last login was today. Try logging in with your old password.and your username in all lowercase.
