f3info Posted August 9, 2014 Posted August 9, 2014 I have tried configuring my mobile email client but the STMP server does'nt seem to validate. I keep getting "Couldn't open connection to server". Username: f3infoDomain: f3infotechsolutions.comServer: Stevie I have tried the following settings: Secure SSL/TLS Settings(Recommended) Username: *******@f3info********.com Password: Use the email account’s password. Incoming Server: stevie.heliohost.org IMAP: Port 993POP3: Port 995 Outgoing Server: stevie.heliohost.org SMTP: Port 465Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP. Non-SSL Settings(NOT Recommended) Username: **********@f3info********.com Password: Use the email account’s password. Incoming Server: mail.f3infotechsolutions.com IMAP: Port 143POP3: Port 110 Outgoing Server: mail.f3infotechsolutions.com SMTP: Port 25Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
