[Solved] Sign Up With Dns Entry Problem

Hi,

I want to move my account from Johnny to Stevie, so I deleted my account some days ago.

 

And I begin to sign up for stevie 2 days ago, each time I try to sign up, I receive an e-mails saying:

"Your hosting account at HelioHost has encountered an error during installation. The error is:

Sorry, a DNS entry for edyuy.heliohost.org already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster)."

 

what should I do now?
