sirscs Posted July 27, 2014 Posted July 27, 2014 Hello all, I don't understand much of web hosting. After finishing the installation of Sourcebans in my website (http://www.sirscs.heliohost.org/bans/), my database won't connect to my game server. I've already allowed remote access to the database for the gameserver IP. I've also runned a script to understand what was going wrong, and after a research I've found that it can be the host server blocking the connection trough the UDP and TCP ports. Do you know how can I open them? Thanks in advance! Ice IT Support Posted July 29, 2014 Posted July 29, 2014 MySQL is running on TCP port 3306 (the default).
