.php Files Don't Work

Lately, every .php file i have result in an error 500 page. It's not an error because it fails even with an empty files! Any suggestion? What could be causing this?

It's working now. Here's a test file I made:

It still doesn't work even the test file!

Your running too many processes at the same time. I had to kill your processes to get you back up.

I just checked and it seems your down again. Your problem is the frequency your mail client checks for new mail (imap). Fix this and I'll restore your site so that php works again.
