hussam Posted July 19, 2014 Posted July 19, 2014 Did you point your domain nameserver to ns1.heliohost.org? Go to dot.tk and check that the name server settings.
photoncoin Posted July 20, 2014 Author Posted July 20, 2014 Did you point your domain nameserver to ns1.heliohost.org? Go to dot.tk and check that the name server settings. I had made previously, I checked again (ns1.heliohost.org and ns1.heliohost.org) was set.
hussam Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 Yes, whois photoncoin.tk says: Domain Nameservers: NS1.HELIOHOST.ORG NS2.HELIOHOST.ORG Maybe remove ns2.heliohost.org so that it defaults to the first one.

Ok right now i removed ns2.heliohost.org, and in my domain settings just one host name ==> ns1.heliohost.org But unfortunately still not working.
hussam Posted July 20, 2014 Posted July 20, 2014 No idea why.Do this instead: Try selecting "Dot TK DNS Service" instead of custom dns and point the A record to your hosting account's IP.So: A Record | photoncoin.tk | IP Address of your website. The IP address of your website should be somewhere on the left side in your heliohost cpanel account if you scroll down.

I scrolled down on my Cpanel and find something like this, "Shared IP Address" include IP "64.62.211.131", So in dont.tk site inDot Tk DNS Service i did this:Type: A RecordHost name: photoncoin.tkIP address: 64.62.211.13 Right now I'm waiting for any changes, before that I'm really appropriated for your help.
photoncoin Posted July 21, 2014 Author Posted July 21, 2014 I tried again, unfortunately did not work. I think needs your system to be approved or something like that?!!!
hussam Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 If this an addon domain or the the domain you registered your heliohost account with? I'm out of ideas, sorry. This looks like something that Heliohost staff may want to take a look at.
photoncoin Posted July 21, 2014 Author Posted July 21, 2014 yes I registered with this domain on heliohost "photoncoin.tk" This is my Cpanel photo's
Tjoene Posted July 21, 2014 Posted July 21, 2014 Your domain isn't pointing to our servers: http://byrondallas.heliohost.org/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=photoncoin.tk%20&rec=ALL In order to park your domain here, need you to set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org
photoncoin Posted July 21, 2014 Author Posted July 21, 2014 Your domain isn't pointing to our servers: http://byrondallas.h...%20&rec=ALL In order to park your domain here, need you to set the nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org I did it before, but didn't work, so husaam helped me about it, and told me scrolling on my Cpanel and find my IP address and set on Dot TK DNS Service"A Record". IP Address: 64.62.211.131Type: A RecordHost name: photoncoin.tk Ok, I set it again like before with this: 1- ns1.heliohost.org2- ns2.heliohost.org
photoncoin Posted July 21, 2014 Author Posted July 21, 2014 would you please check again my domain, still not working, I set both of them ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Thanks
photoncoin Posted July 22, 2014 Author Posted July 22, 2014 I checked again here https://who.is/whois/photoncoin.tk my domain set on your servers but I don't know why not working? what do you think about it? where is the problem...
hussam Posted July 23, 2014 Posted July 23, 2014 I have been thinking about this and I have no idea what is happening.Out of personal interest, can you place a test file in your account called test.html with "this is a test file" text inside it? I want to place an entry in my hosts file: 64.62.211.131 photoncoin.tk www.photoncoin.tk and see if I can open http://photoncoin.tk/test.html That might rule out a glitch from heliohost's side. Edit: I just tried that anyway. This is what I get when I open photoncoin.tk with the ip address hardcoded in my hosts file.http://i.imgur.com/j8cq6x8.png Is this your website? If that is your website, then we can try using a 3rd party dns service like cloudflare (I use that on my website) and just point the domain through it to heliohost ip.
