How To Set Up A Servlet Based J2Ee Project ?

I was attracted to the hosting seeing that I can host JSP and servlets here but I can not understand how to deploy my Java Project in the site , Where to put the web,xml where to put the external jar files .How to make a servelet based dynamic web application here ?
