janisek Posted July 5, 2014 Share Posted July 5, 2014 Hello!I've got a strange problem login to my CPanel.Anytime I try to login a window starts to pop up with the following message: Authentification required A username and password are being requested by http://cpanel.tackbyjana.com. The site says: "cPanel" No matter how many times I enter my correct username and password, the same window will keep popping up. My password has been recently ressetted. Didn't help. Yesterday, I tried to access my CPanel using my iphone and it worked without problems, so I guess it's my computer causing this. I've cleared cookies and cache couple times, even formatted my HDD. Didn't help. I should probably mention that I still use Windows XP. I've been wondering if that could be an issue. Anyway, any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
