[Solved] Cpanel Login Problems

Hello!

I've got a strange problem login to my CPanel.

Anytime I try to login a window starts to pop up with the following message:

 

Authentification required

A username and password are being requested by http://cpanel.tackbyjana.com. The site says: "cPanel"

 

No matter how many times I enter my correct username and password, the same window will keep popping up.

 

My password has been recently ressetted. Didn't help.

 

Yesterday, I tried to access my CPanel using my iphone and it worked without problems, so I guess it's my computer causing this.

 

I've cleared cookies and cache couple times, even formatted my HDD. Didn't help.

 

I should probably mention that I still use Windows XP. I've been wondering if that could be an issue.

 

Anyway, any advice on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Brute Force Protection was blocking you. You had 30 failed login attempts from this ip: 24.98.208.24

 

Ok you should be able to login now.
