[Solved] Suspended: Seol

I cant loggin to my account. why appears that my account was suspended?. Also when i created a new database, this database appears with default tables and when i try to create a new table appears that this table was created or already exist so i try to drop this table to create my new table and show me the message:

ERROR: must be owner of relation anios

 

 

En la declaración:

ALTER TABLE "public"."anios" DROP COLUMN "anio"
