HI. My account is Trusty. When I try to use Webmail, a message shows 'User Trusty is not authorised for Mail'. I can use it before. Could you fix it?

I use roundcube but it shows

DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!

Unable to connect to the database!

Please contact your server-administrator.

 

I go to email account page. I click more selection box and select webmail access.

I login in the email account but it show a login panel. What is the username and password?

I can enter the Squirrel mail page. It didn't need login or selecting email account. I think it does not specify what email account it serve.

It would be your default email that you login with the same username and password as cpanel login.

My steps: I go to email account page. I click 'more' selection box of an email and select webmail access.

I login in the email account but it shows a login panel. The login panel may be for administration user.Please see the pictures.

Could you check my email account? I can't receive Email. I try to configure Outlook but the response is the login inforamtion is incorrect.
