File Submission Via Formmail Clone

I am not sure if this is the right place to post this because it has two parts.

 

First a question: is there a way tousr the formmail clone to allow sending of files? I would like to be able to receive pictures and such from visitors to my site, I would like them to be able to attach them to an email form instead of giving them my email address.

 

Also is there a way to set up a captcha of some sort to help prevent spam? I used to have a WordPress site and it's captcha failed at preventing spam at all. I gotfake new user requests all the time. And I still get them.

If there aren't ways to do these in the for mail clone(at least the file submission part) could that be implemented?
