zooter80 Posted April 20, 2014 Share Posted April 20, 2014 a. your HelioHost username -- zooterb. the server your account is on -- steviec. your HelioHost main domain -- stevie.heliohost.org Hi, Additional info -- I used the domain change script @ http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain to change my domain name to www.jaldireviews.com -- I believe the error was I should not have included www in front of the domain name. Because now, I see in my account that subdomains are being shown as test.www.jaldireviews.com which is incorrect. I've again queued it without the www prefix, but I'm not sure if it'll work. PS: This is the first time I'm using the automated script to change the domain name, so apologies.
