[Solved] Your Hosting Account At Heliohost Has Encountered An Error During Installation

i have forgotten the login details for my domain name account now when i try to renew i get the appended response message. i would like to start using that domain name again so im looking for ways of removing the DNS entry. so that ishould not get this message "Sorry, a DNS entry for mydomain.mw already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the DNS cluster)." pleases help
