[Solved] Cannot Use Ftp, Webdisk, Web

I made a new account today, but I still cannot use ftp and webdisk and the web site http://juzare.heliohost.org/ seems to be down. It seems that I have to start these services, but I don't know how. What should I do? Thank you.

It normally takes 24 to 48 hours for new accounts to become active. It may even take longer since your on the Johnny server. Sometimes 4 days. Just be patient.
