My Site Getting Resolving Failed

Hi there HelioNet.

 

Recently, I got some error in my site. I would like to ask why my site www.sembang.my is getting Resolving failed - Error code 9.

My site got protected with incapsula last time and then i had disable that service for a while. And I had open a ticket to ask the incapsula staf regarding this problem. And they replied with "Your site does not seem to be on Incapsula's service. You are getting an error because your A records still point towards Incapsula; please set them back to their default settings."

 

So now, what I have to do.

To disable Incapsula, you will need to point your domain to HelioHost's nameservers from the website you registered your domain name from. Based on your domain's whois records, I will assume this website will be http://internet-webhosting.com/

 

You will need to point the domain to the following nameservers from your domain registrar:

ns1.heliohost.org

ns2.heliohost.org
