I wanted to create a new account under my primary email.Are the accounts assigned to the ip address or what exactly is stopping me from creating a new account? Quote

If you want to delete your account and create another one, go here and request your old site to be deleted: http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/delete Once you've done that, post back and let me know and I'll delete it completely so you can create a new account.
