Hello, my IP address appears to be blocked. Maybe because yesterday I did a lot of test FTP (something that is not in my usual).

How long does it take before the IP address is released?

Thank you

I confirm that my account is not blocked, because I can access with another IP address.

But from my home with my own IP, I can't access to my website neither by FTP or by the control panel.

Despite testing with different computers and different browsers, even after cleaning the cache.

So I deduce that these well my IP address to be blocked.

Could you unlock my IP address or how long should I wait to unlock it ?

Thank's for you help

Hi cavok,

Sorry about this - it looks like your IP address was blocked for 200+ FTP connections.

I have unblocked your IP address now, but please make sure that you limit the number of FTP connections you make in your FTP client.

Thanks

Thank'you for your help.

Sorry for that, but I did some tests these last days.

This is not usual.

But in fact what is the limit per hour or per day not to exceed these limit number of FTP connections ?

I don't now if there is a set number limit. I do know that the server will block you if you have lots of rapid connects/logins and disconnects. Don't disconnect or close your FTP program after each file upload and you should be safe.
