i already changed my public_html and www index.html but my website still redirecting to http://www.robertdat...aultwebpage.cgi

You need to wait 24 to 48 hours after you register to be able to see your site.

 

You only need to edit files in your public_html folder and not your www folder. It will get mirrored automatically to www.
