oankali Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 Username: oankaliServer: johnnyDomain: oankali.heliohost.org My account was suspended because I hadn't logged in during the past 30 days, which is fine, but when I tried to log in, it wouldn't accept my username/password. I tried to reset the password, but every time I pasted the confirmation string, nothing happened. I would really like to keep my domain, so how do I regain access? Thank you for your help! To reactivate your account, please visit http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew. To prevent this from happening in the future please remember to visit http://heliohost.org/ to log into your account at least once every 30 days.
