Harry987 Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 a. zharryb. steviec. zharry.tk I was recently un-suspended because of high server load, but now i am suspended again, i was barely using any of the services only login in to cpanel to renew my account and occationally going onto my site, why is it suspended? If this was because of high server load, is there anything that can be done to limit what process are running? What is the max amount of processes (I heard somewhere it was 7, i want to make sure). I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. Be aware that this is your second suspension for the same thing. Once more and you'll loose your account. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.
