tcwg Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 The script at http://www.heliohost.org/scripts/status.php?username=tcwg says "Your account has been created and you can now login at heliohost.org." I have transferred files via FTP and can see them within CPanel. However, when I go to the site http://tcwg.heliohost.org/ I still get "HelioHost Account Queued" and trying to go directly to http://tcwg.heliohost.org/index.php gives a 404 error. Am I jumping the gun or is there something I need to do? Quote

tcwg Posted January 31, 2014 Author Posted January 31, 2014 It appears that at least part of the problem is that the Johnny server is down again. Is it possible to get the account moved to Stevie, or do we just have to wait out the fixes for Johnny? Quote
