[Solved] Subdomain Down - Cannot Ping

I have created stevie account. OK

Custom domain cadbeat.com. (i saw HelioHost Account Queued page) OK

Installed WP. OK

 

Created subdomain forum.cadbeat.com. (i saw HelioHost Account Queued page) OK

Installed SMF. OK

last night i saw SMF home forum page. everything looks OK.

 

! Today in browsers got:

Server not found

Can't find the server at forum.cadbeat.com.

CMD

Ping request could not find host www.forum.cadbeat.com. Please check the name an
d try again.

 

cadbeat.com and Cpanel available and works fine.

user: hhslavko, server: stevie, domain: cadbeat.com

 

what is the problem and how to solve this?

Refresh your cache. It takes at least 24 to 48 hours for a dns change to completely resolve.
