jeret Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 hi admin, On my site i have a web contact form, when user use the form to email me the email is not getting in to my inbox. i use roundbox webmail and squirrelmail. the email address i created was jeret@livuniq.com - this is already set in the php script. Domain name is : www.livuniq.com (parked domain) Server : stevie OK, found out what was the problem. I have to subscribe the folder jeret@livuniq_com in Roundcube. Ice IT Support Posted January 22, 2014 Share Posted January 22, 2014 Aha. That is the issue. You are using your cPanel credentials to login to webmail, not the email address and password you setup. To login to your email, you must first logout of cPanel. Then login at https://stevie.heliohost.org:2096/ using your email address as the username and the password you setup for the account.
