Crystalena Posted January 15, 2014 Posted January 15, 2014 Hello,I was the owner of the account 'guidetti' on the server 'johnny' and I recently deleted it in order to create another account. I have been trying to register the new account (mandrake) using the domain cecaconsulting.tk, but I keep on receiving an error email saying that the DNS entry for that domain is already been used. Obviously, I can't log in my previous account (guidetti) because i deleted it... Oh, and when I try to reach the webpage of my domain (www.cecaconsulting.tk) I get the 'Account Queued' message. is there anything I can do to fix this problem myself? Would it be possible for you to delete all the DNS entries regarding cecaconsulting.tk, allowing me to use it in my new account?
