You need to use ftp.johnny.heliohost.org Just be patient. Johnny is slow at times. Or maybe it`s wrong to use build in publisher (visual studio 2012). If its wrong tell me please where i need to put files from asp .net mvc4 I really can't say since I'm not familiar with Visual Studio but you want to ftp to your public_html folder.
