My domain was some how deleted from dot tk so i created a new one...

It takes time to become active and because of that i need to acces my website without a domain maybe by using the shared ip but how ???

already tried "IP/~username" !

You should be able to login to your cpanel depending on how long ago your signed up by going here: http://www.heliohost.org
